Do you make sheaths for other knives?
Everything we offer is listed on the products page. That said, we do give Early Bird Access for new products to the members of our email newsletter. If you'd like to join, you can Learn More Here.
Do you offer custom work?
Sorry, we do not. We build everything in small batches, always working from the same patterns. If you'd like something you don't see here, we are always open to suggestions and would love to hear from you. Otherwise, be sure to Join Our Email Newsletter. It's the first place we announce anything new.
I have a knife you don’t support. Will it fit into a Hedgehog sheath anyway?
Probably not. This is because there is much more engineering behind our designs than what first meets your eye. When we develop a sheath, it takes dozens of prototypes to arrive at a pattern that is “just right”. We start by considering the basics like the length, width, and thickness of the blade, but that’s the easy part. We then design for handle shape, strap tension, grip, balance, comfort of carry, and many other considerations. The finished product is very specific, NOT generic. It will fit your knife perfectly, IF it's the right knife. Using a different knife will result in some parts being too tight, some too loose, or not fitting at all.
When does my order ship?
Most of our products are built from scratch, after you place the order, so there is usually a wait period before it ships. You can check the current wait times by going to the product you want and scrolling to the very bottom of the page where you will see a "When Does It Ship?" section. It will list the different versions of the product and the current build times for them. If an item is "in stock", it will ship the following business day. If you order multiple items and they have different build times, we will hold all of the items and ship them in the same box, when the full order is complete.
How much does shipping cost?
For USA orders, we offer $5 USPS First Class Mail shipping. We also offer USPS Priority and various Fedex options for an up-charge, based on your location. The expedited shipping methods only speed up the time in transit, but they do not "bump you in line" for the posted build time of any given product. You can view all shipping options during checkout. What is your return policy?
You may return your purchase for a full refund on any product for a period of 30 days after the package shows up at your door. The only requirement is that the items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returned items.
What is the warranty?
